ETHICS - This program is a practical look at ethical decision-making. Instead of relying on "gut feel", the process contained in this program takes the decision-maker through several filters which ensure that all parties affected by the decision will be considered. Course # 10833
WATER MITIGATION - This program is designed to show you how water damage mitigation can lower loss ratios. It will demonstrate how water can damage carpet, wood floors and other building materials, how long until damage occurs and what steps can be taken to reduce or minimize the damage. The course will also illustrate water removal and explain the principles of drying and dehumidification. Course # 18873
SMOKE AND ODOR MITIGATION - This course explores the chemistry of fire and the effects of smoke on various structural building components and household contents. Participants will learn what items in a home are at risk and how emergency cleaning can prevent or minimize further damage. Odor mitigation methods such as ozone and air cleaning are also covered.
